I keep a list each year of new books scheduled for publishing that sound interesting to me. I add to it as the year goes on. The following books are from that list.
I used to put lots of books on this blog list each month I knew I’d never get a chance to read. In the last few months I’ve started only adding books to this monthly post I know I will read or at least start to read. (Every year there are books that sound good, but either don’t fit my mood, cost too much or have things about them I don’t like.) I also start books, but don’t always finish them if they’re not keeping my interest or have other issues I don’t like.
The three books on my list this month are all books by authors I’ve read before and I’m excited they’re going to finally be published!

Sloan grows concerned that key details are being ignored, and a strange lack of urgency by authorities sets off alarms.
As the troubling questions compound, Sloan is determined to chase down every lead she has. Her persistence is getting her closer to the truth: that there’s something far more troubling at play than the official explanation.
